Please help youserbase to become the most complete platform for technical devices. You can do this not only by editing the data sheets, but also by keeping the pictures up to date.
How do you edit a device?
Editing a device is really easy: choose the product that you would like to change or add information about. Now click the „edit“ button und the upper right corner of every column. When you are finished, press „save“.
How do I create new device?
Therefore choose the manufacturer first, and than choose the model. If the product is now yet on the list, choose the „new“ button and edit it the empty data sheet. Please note: yousers who are new will be able to edit a data sheet, but not see the result immediately. Their edits will be checked by an administrator.
How do I give feedback about a device?
Every product can be rated by any registered youser. Once you are logged in, choose the product that you would like to rate. Just click the number of stars in any category that seem appropriate to the product. Please note: Every youser can only give feedback once for each product. But do not worry: You may correct your feedback later.
How do I compare devices?
If you would like to compare different products with each other, please choose the first product. After the site of the product has opened, move your mouse to the right side of the data sheet and choose the „compare“ button. Press the „compare“ button, and the comparision will open. You can compare up to four products.
How do I print data sheets?
Just use the „print“ button in the upper right corner of the data sheet, and the print menu of your printer will open up.
How do I upload my pictures to youserbase?
This how you upload your pictures: First of all, you need to log in. On any data sheet you see the picture gallery there is a small icon that allows you to add your own pictures. The input window will open and you can select one or multiple files to upload. Please flag the picture as "manufacturer picture" or "youser picture".
Please note: You need to have the copyright or a permission of use for any media uploaded on youserbase. Please so not use pictures from other websites without permission. Thank you.

What is the youser status about?
The youser status depends on the amount of edits or pictures you have made. From a certain status on you will have the right to edit data sheets that will be published immediately. This system has been setup to lower the number of possible attacs on the data base.
How can I register?
Registering is easy: Just click here, type in your yousername and your email-address, and the password will be sent to your email-account. With this data you can login to youserbase.
How can I attach a product to my profile?
You can attach yourself to a product. This allows others to see this information. Attaching is easy: Just look for the box „yousers“ on the right hand side where you can see all the owners of this phone. Just klick on the little icon, and your profile is attached to the product.
How do I send a message to another youser?
Klick onto the image or the name aof another youser to open his profile. Underneath his picture you find the option to wirte a message.

How can I change the language settings?
To make youserbase even more personal, you can switch it to your preferred language. You can find this option in the upper right corner of the titel bar. Click on the language, and the list of all available languages will pull down.
If your language is not available and you would like to translate youserbase into your language please contact the youserbase team via translation@youserbase.org.
What are these coins about?
The coins (we call them Gerrys) are collected for any action you do on youserbase. We are currently preparing a reward system for those that contribute. Until it is finished, your can already collect them.
How does the dock work?
The dock is your status bar. It shows you unread messages, recent changes done by your friends, the number of Gerrys that you have collected and the number of yousers online. By clicking the messages or your friends´ changes, you will get straight to the menu.
